Seasoning Gado-gado
- 3 lime leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 200 ml of water
- 400 ml of coconut milk
Make chili seasoning
- 250 gr peanuts (fried / roasted)
- 4 spring onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 grams of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and sugar to taste
How to make chili
- Mix together chili, onion, garlic, salt, brown sugar and soy sauce, then blend it.
- Add beans fried in the seasoning that has a smooth, then blend all the seasoning.
- Add a little warm water to be more liquid sauce
How to make a gado-gado
- Boil until cooked all the vegetables, except the cucumber and set aside.
- Seasoning smoothed pan with a little oil until fragrant, add lime leaves and lemongrass, then enter the water and coconut milk, and cook, stirring, stirring until boiling.
